Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime in Billing. Upgrades start straight away, and downgrades start on your next billing date.
How does the refund work?
Every payment comes with a 30-day refund. Press Refund me in Billing and we return that payment to your card. If you've used some of the Fix Pack credit on a plan, we return the amount paid minus the credit used. Stripe usually returns it in 5–10 business days. This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What does the 3-month minimum on Suburb Lock mean?
Your area stays locked for at least 3 months. After that it's month to month.
Do I need a website?
Your AI profile page on getherdlo.com works from day one. With a website, one snippet adds your behind-the-scenes info there too.
What if my suburb is taken?
